This is not the case with this company. Their service is professional and efficient. We used the service four times between the airport and our hotel as well as between the hotel and the port. In all cases the driver came promptly at the agreed time, the car was clean and the driver polite. We recomend it.
I booked a return trip from Athens city centre to Spata for the zoo. Emma, the lady who operates the contact centre was incredibly friendly and accommodated our requests with great politeness. The taxis were impeccable and Emma even looked into finding a specific bar for us to watch the Eurovision.

We had exceptional service from our driver. He was prompt, assisted with our luggage. Drove very carefully and once we got to the airport, he assisted us inside and pointed us to our Airline counter. Very sweet man. Dressed in a suite and very professional. 5***** service!
It all happen as they said it would, the driver was there waiting for us at the airport, helped with our bags. On Return the driver was waiting outside 10 minutes before pick up time and dropped us off at the correct departures door. Cars where clean. That’s it prefect.

I wrote from the plane because my flight was late and I would not be able to take the ferry to Piraeus, they responded immediately and gave me confirmation without having to pay in advance. On arrival the driver (Manthos) greeted us on the minivan and took us on time thanks to his skillful guidance and knowledge of Athens traffic. Certainly great service! Very Good joob!
