Terms and Conditions

  1. A 24-hour notice is required to cancel a car or you will be charged at full charge.
  2. We request a notice of at least 16 hours for any online bookings.
  3. If you wish to book a car with a notice of less than 16 hours – Please call. Alternatively you may whats app or  email us or fill the last minute request form.
  4. Whilst we make every effort to ensure that our drivers are accurate, you will understand that we can not accept responsibility for delays caused by out-of-control circumstances.
  5. The driver will lead to safe and reasonable speeds according to road conditions, traffic and legal speed limits.
  6. Customers are responsible for any damage they cause to the interior or exterior of the vehicle offered to them and will be charged accordingly for any repair or painting required to bring the vehicle back into operation.
  7. We can occasionally offer subcontracted vehicles.
  8. By providing your email or mobile address, you allow us to contact you via email / text, in return we promise not to provide your email to third parties.
  9. If there are any changes or variations that include additional mileage for trips other than those agreed on booking, the customer will be charged extra according to the pricing structure on our website.
  10. We reserve the right to change the vehicle or the chauffeur at any time, if necessary.
  11. Our guides will travel by the most appropriate route unless the client has given a specific route at the time of booking.
  12. Our vehicles and subcontracted vehicles are fully insured for passenger and third party claims. However, the property of the client is transferred entirely under his own responsibility and we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to such property.
  13. We and our drivers have the right to refuse to transport any passenger under the influence of alcohol or drugs and his behavior threatens either the driver, the vehicle or any other passenger (s).
  14. We have a strict policy on smoking in all our vehicles.
  15. Electronic offers are subject to state and bank holidays, such as Christmas Eve or New Year’s Eve. There will be no extra charge.
  16. Nothing contained in these terms and conditions may affect the Customer’s “legal rights”.
  17. We reserve the right to change any of these terms if required. If this happens, all customers who have accepted them will be informed and their transfer is pending, recognizing their right of withdrawal.
  18. As we monitor the flights / vessel status in advance, there are no additional charges for delays.
  19. Please note that prices are per vehicle, not per person. It is the booker’s or passenger’s responsibility to ensure that they reserve or book the correct size of vehicle according to the number of passengers and luggage (including infants and children).
  20. The day before, you will receive a reminder of your transfer.
  21. Our drivers wait in the airport/seaport arrival hall or outside the ship with your name on the sign board.
  22. Our drivers wait at the hotel reception / your address.
  23. If the written confirmation issued by the administrator is not confirmed by the client (by e-mail, call, whats app), the reservation will be cancelled.
